My household enjoys these delightful shrimp carefully cooked in the oven in a pan lightly coated with Coconut oil. Being the only cook I get to taste test a few extra as these approach the famous C shape indicating firm and cooked but not overcooked. As soon as approaching cooked the pan is removed from the oven and covered. I cook a whole bag at once to ensure generous portions with the possibility of some leftover shrimp for brunch the next day. I season on the plate as my roommate has an aversion to any spicing. Well I have learned not to waste any flavourful smoked paprika on him! Plus I save the shrimp shells for my Border Collie whom adores eating the crunchy shells for perhaps the collagen content in that part.
