Cancellation policy

At our store, some items may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you choose.

• Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
• Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel at any time before renewal.
• You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are out of stock or coming soon.

• Depending on the product, we may charge a deposit, store your payment method, or collect full payment at the time of checkout.
• You may cancel a partially paid pre-order if it hasn’t been fulfilled or ordered from our supplier yet.
• Once the order has been fulfilled or ordered from our supplier, cancellations are no longer possible.
