What to expect on delivery day

Tracking

If you included a cell phone number with your order, we will text you the morning of delivery. The text gives you an approximate delivery window and our driver’s phone number.

The window can change. We do our best to give you an accurate time.

The Shop app does not track our deliveries.

Not home?

We won’t leave your order at your house unless our driver has spoken to you and you’ve asked us to, or you’ve already told us to leave your orders at your house.

If we can’t reach you, your order goes back on the truck and will be delivered on the next delivery day for your area. We won’t send a new delivery window.

My city isn't in the list — do you deliver to me?
We stick to the major highways and don't go more than 5 to 10 minutes off them. If your town isn't listed, email us your full address before placing an order and we'll let you know. If you're just off the highway or in a nearby community, we can set up a meeting point — just ask.
I live in a small community between two towns on the list — can you still reach me?
It's possible. Our routes follow the major highways, and the towns listed are the main stops. If you live right along the highway between two of them, we may be able to reach you. We don't go more than 5 to 10 minutes off the highway, so if you're further out we can set up a meeting point instead. Email us your address and we'll confirm what's possible and what your cutoff day would be.
What is the minimum order and delivery fee?
Delivery is $5 on orders that meet the minimum. The minimum order is $150 for Vernon & Armstrong and $200 for everywhere else. Orders below the minimum are still accepted with a $25 delivery fee.
How do I change, cancel, or reschedule my order?
We're not able to make changes to orders ourselves once they're placed, so please reach out to us as soon as possible. You can contact us via live chat or email us at hello@valleydirectfoods.com and we'll get it handled for you. This includes changes to items, cancellations, or switching your delivery day.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
On the morning of delivery, if you included a cell phone number with your order, we'll text you an approximate delivery window and our driver's phone number. The window can change, but we do our best to give you an accurate time. The Shop app does not track our deliveries, so please watch for our text message instead.
