Return & Refund Window
You have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
Please ensure you take photos of any affected items to support your request.
Note: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
You may initiate a request in one of the following ways:

After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the outcome:

If approved for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. You may also request the refund as a store credit.

If approved for an exchange, we will coordinate a replacement delivery at the earliest available time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
