Ingredients

Pork, Water, Toasted wheat crumbs, Salt, Textured soy flour, Dextrose, Spice (including onion), Spice extracts, Flavour, Soy flour.

Cooking Instructions

Cook to an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).

Pan
Medium heat, a little oil. Turn every few minutes until browned all over, about 10–14 minutes depending on size. Keep the heat moderate — too hot and the casings split before the middle is done.

Oven
400°F (205°C) on a rimmed sheet, 20–25 minutes, turning once.

Grill
Medium heat, turning often, until browned and cooked through. Move them off the hottest part of the grill if the outsides are colouring faster than the insides cook.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen, or refrigerate and use by the date on the box. Thaw in the fridge, not on the counter. Don’t refreeze thawed sausage.
