Weight Variance

Excellent service

I think have the weight variance is a great idea. It makes it more reasonable when buy large amount of meat. The variance is that nice buffer that gives back to you if your order was lighter than you were suppose to receive.

I don't really understand weight variance but I trust that it is a process which is a fair tallying of each order since they are all a bit different, which is reassuring in a way because if it was all the same I would be suspicious it was a fake product.

Easy to order . Like the products.

weight variance is a fact of life with bulk packs. I am happy with the process, occasionally I would like to say I would be happy with a small sized pkg. but I could put that comment in the notes section of my order.
