This bag of yogurt is worry free and creamy. Usually with yogurt one must be careful not to disturb the congealed block or tub of yogurt while spooning out the current serving. Certainly stirring causes separation of the whey from the milk solids. But with this bag of yogurt I don't have to think about all that when I pour out into my serving into a bowl. The bag says to shake well but I have not found that necessary. The bag is thick plastic but I am not convinced that it is a substitute for a football. So, do not let the hooligans handle it roughly.
I stir in my additional treats and there is no separation of the yogurt. Personally I serve my Canadian dairy milk Vanilla Yogurt with a generous sprinkle of hemp hearts, another Canadian Product.
