This is a raw product which is ready for the barbecue.  When you receive the pack, thaw the ribs and immediately place them on the barbecue with medium heat applied (approximately 350 degrees). 

Cook for approximately 5 – 6 minutes per side and you will have perfectly char-grilled Ribs.  Enjoy!
