Cook From Frozen – Do Not Overcook Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place frozen shrimp, evenly, spaced on a non-stick shallow baking sheet and bake on the middle oven rack for approximately 12 to 14 minutes until lightly golden and crispy. In Deep Fryer: Pre-heat oil to 350ºF. Submerge frozen shrimp directly in hot oil. Deep fry for 2½ to 3 minutes. Always allow oil to reheat to desired temperature before cooking more shrimp. Remove from oil, drain on absorbent paper towel, allow to stand 2 to 3 minutes prior to serving, and enjoy. Note: Oil temperatures may drop as shrimp are added - longer frying time may be needed to achieve desired results.
