Every Slice of this easy-carve roast contains the perfect amount of white and dark meat, plus our delicious stuffing mix. Butchers wrap a skin on turkey breast and turkey thigh around our moist, fluffy stuffing.
Product comes frozen.
- Fully defrost the roast in its packaging in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 325F
- Carefully remove the roast from the packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting pan with the netting on.
- Rub the outside of the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160F and let rest for 20 minutes before removing the netting and slicing.
