Every Slice of this easy-carve roast contains the perfect amount of white and dark meat, plus our delicious stuffing mix.  Butchers wrap a skin on turkey breast and turkey thigh around our moist, fluffy stuffing.

Product comes frozen. 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fully defrost the roast in its packaging in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325F
  3. Carefully remove the roast from the packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting pan with the netting on.
  4. Rub the outside of the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160F and let rest for 20 minutes before removing the netting and slicing.

Turkey, Stuffing mix (Water, bread crumbs (wheat), rice, dehydrated vegetables, yeast extract, salt, sugar, spices & spice extractives, herbs, colour, canola oil, silicon dioxide, molasses powder), chopped onions, chopped celery.
