Cold smoking is one of 7Seas specialties, and they have fine tuned our family recipe to perfect our latest product - Steelhead Lox. Their recipe of salt, spices, and sugar is applied to the finest Ocean Wise Steelhead Salmon fillets and allowed to cure refridgerated before rising and cold smoking to give a delicious lox with great texture and a delicate smoke flavour. This lox is perfect for brunch creations, open sandwhiches, classic bagels, charcuterie boards, canapes, and pasta dishes.
