This is a go to seasoning for Pitmaster Brian when he is making sausage or burgers!.  If you like Italian sausage with a bit of spice this is the seasoning for you!

Uses

Mix into ground meat such as beef, pork, lamb, turkey or chicken to make burgers, meatballs or meatloaf.  However we found plenty of flavour for this mix with pasta sauces and even sprinkling on pizza for extra flavor!
