Joan Marriott I'm thawing two tubes of ground turkey thigh meat to make turkey lasagna. I chose ground meat for convenience and having fresh turkey meat to use in place of turkey leftover meat from cooking a full bird. This will be my first cooking event however I anticipate a success and a lot less clean up than any other method. My second project will be turkey burgers which I can spice to preference for his household. After that perhaps turkey fashioned as a cutlet with onion gravy.
