Joan Marriott These Brioche Hamburger Buns are our household favourite and purchased as a staple for the month. Often used with the ground chuck beef burgers but also with the ground salmon burgers and with the breaded chicken strips as the filling. I like the full size rounds of these buns and the texture is excellent. Also makes a substantial open-face egg salad sandwich base. These freeze and thaw well which relieves the pressure on my refrigerator space.
