Our single-serve Beef Wellingtons are made completely by hand with beef tenderloin filets topped with bacon and thyme-scented mushroom Duxelles. The filling is then carefully enclosed around a puff pastry that turns into a buttery, flaky crust once baked. Add a garden salad on the side and enjoy the quintessential fine-dining restaurant experience in your very own home.

Place Wellingtons at least 3 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray. Brush the tops with egg wash for an extra golden crust.

Medium Rare - Bake from frozen in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 25 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
