Valley Direct Foods COVID-19 Policies

At Valley Direct Foods we take the safety of our customers and our staff members very seriously.  Therefore, during these unprecedented times, we must implement tighter policies for everyone’s protection.

Effective immediately, we will no longer be entering any residences to deliver an order but will instead be leaving them at the door.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause some of our customers, but in order to be able to continue to provide you all with this quality service, we must do all we can to protect our drivers and our customers.  

We will be notifying each customer of our arrival so they can take the necessary steps to retrieve their product once dropped off, again keeping social distancing in mind.

We will continue to monitor the situation and work within the suggested safety measures specified by the Health Authorities.
