Shrimp, Wild Argentinian 16/20 count - 10 x 454g
Description
Description
Wild-caught Argentinian shrimp, raw and frozen.
16/20 means 16 to 20 shrimp per pound — a good size for the grill, a pan, or a boil.
Sweeter and more tender than the shrimp most people are used to, closer to lobster in taste and texture. They also cook faster than regular shrimp, so watch them — a minute or two a side is usually enough.
Peeled and deveined, tail on. Individually quick frozen, so you can take out four or forty and put the rest back.
Ten 454 g bags in the case — open one at a time and leave the rest in the freezer.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Serving Ideas:
On the Grill: Skewer, brush with oil, high heat, turn once.
In the Pan: Butter, garlic, lemon, parsley. Two minutes and they’re done.
In a Boil: Straight into the pot with corn, potatoes, and sausage.
Pasta: Finish them in the sauce for the last minute, off the heat.
Shrimp Cocktail: Poach, chill, serve with the tails on.
Tacos: Quick sear with chili and lime.
