Cooking Instructions

In order to destroy any possible contagions in your poultry, you must bring the internal temperature of the meat to 165°F (74˚C). Instructions are guides as appliances vary.

Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breast and place it skin side up in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.
Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the skin is crisp and golden.
