Hello I am a mature woman with a hearty appetite and one piece of this Wild Sockeye Salmon is quite a sufficient portion for my dinner meal even if I have a late lunch or early din...view morener. I strongly suggest only cooking what one needs that meal as these do not take very long to thaw especially with overnight planning! I did cook up a batch of salmon portions only to be challenged by finding an effective reheating method. Forgo the microwave as even on a low and slow reheat the salmon meat flakes explode so that was a silly method. Next I tried reheating a portion in my air fryer after spritzing with water for hydration. No that was better but less than exciting so give that a pass too!. Best bet is just to cook what one needs per the meal. Eat and enjoy and spare yourself leftovers that are hard to reheat perfectly. My next cooking adventure is going to be in my sous vide pot and where I strongly suspect that a reheated sealed portion will be much closer to the original cooking. Also I will not remove the salmon portion from its original sealed pouch to cook it in my sous vide unit. Trials lead to the perfect outcome one is seeking. view less
