Crisp & tasty celery with long length celery ribs.

Oh my but this celery was the very first product that I tasted from my large order delivered about noon on Feb 10, 2021. I ordered celery because I wanted to have some for my clam chowder making project. As I was unpacking my order I noticed the great looking celery heads (yes I looked up the correct term on the Internet!). I devoured four outside stalks as a snack and separated off another four stalks to stand in a tall mug of water to have at the ready for my next snack. This product is exceptionally crisp and tasty and just right for crudites.
