10 Pounds is lots of Vegetables!

I placed an order for one 10 box about one month ago. I am still working on the Butternut squash and Red beets which are keeping very well. As I am a one person household I do not consume as much as many families do in a couple weeks. I am fortunate to have a second refrigerator which is calibrated as a PRODUCE fridge and thus I can safely keep vegetables longer without taking up the prime but limited space in my fridge which is calibrated normally. This greatly helps with vegetable shelf life.

Awesome company I didn't receive my box - it was left out - will arrive this Friday - can't wait!! But if it is anywhere near as good as the smoothie box, it will be wonderful!
