Camembert Cendré-style. A bloomy white outer rind grows over an inner layer of vegetable black ash, creating the characteristic ripening environment of this fine and delicate dairy-free, ash-aged cheese. Soft inside, slightly firm rind, and fantastic overall mouthfeel. Aged 4-6 weeks.
