Raspberry Yogurt Muffin Batter - 3.6kg
Preheat oven to 350F. Stir batter lightly to evenly distribute ingredients. Spoon muffin batter into muffin pan lightly greased . Fill cup just below the top. Bake 3.5oz size for 30-35 minutes or until centre rises and surface is lightly browned. Cool for a few minutes, before removing from muffin tins.
